Apparently there is a tropical storm that will show it's face on our weather radar in the next few days. I love living near the beach and watching the slow change over the days as a storm comes from the East or North East. These storms are usually tropical (ish) in origin and therefore far more interesting to me now that I live on the East coast, than the wintery southerly blast we get. The ocean usually shows the changes afoot first. Our beach can be as flat as a millpond sometimes or it can be a roaring foaming mess. Usually it is a pretty tame "somewhere in the middle". Today when walking the dog this was the action to be seen from one of the paths around the bay. lovely!

AuthorI am a visual person. I find that surrounding myself in creation, feasting my eyes on what is before me and daydreaming a little is great refreshment for my soul. I also read avidly about trends, techniques and technicalities associated with visual art. When I can, I love assigning large chunks of time responding to what I see and crafting my own art. Here is a place to put that down. Archives
