This morning was grey and windy, but not cold. The birds seemed to have all moved up the beach and are all hanging around Three Mile Creek. There were loads today, along with the unfortunate Bluebottles that had washed up. Quite an invigorating walk.
One of the best things about living near to a large body of water, is that things seem to change more readily. A little wind here, a spot of rain in the distance or a rather large storm all make differences to the light and the environment. Being at the beach gives a wide open expansive view to be able to enjoy the changes. Some people Really struggle with change, I understand that, and I try to embrace it as something new, exciting and maybe even better than what was previous. I don't always get it right but it's a mind set I do try to maintain.
