
I had my first swim for the season on the 5th of October. The water is still cold 15 degrees C, but it was a refreshing dip and the air temp is lovely, around 23 degrees.

black and white image. I just wonder if the viewer has a need to see the colours as a monochromatic appearance does drastically alter our perception of the reality of the scene. Perhaps this very thing is in fact, the purpose of monochromatic delivery? Seeing things in a new and fresh way. I know I am strongly attracted to monochromatic and black and white images and I plan to experiment more.
